CLI parsing utility in KindaC.

the goal is to write a cli parsing utility in kc, all with static typing and no dynamic allocation (cause I can). when I’m satisfied with the design, i’ll leave this repo and move the cli parser to std.

what

• my first idea was to use typeclasses for a lot of the stuff. extensible, first stuff was easy (reall only Opt and Arg was needed, everything else used those datatypes.), but I hate it cuz iterating over it is a pain
• second idea: use a compile time list with an ADT. not extensible, and I haven’t yet verified it.
